Do I get a certificate?
Yes. After you complete all mandatory assignments and submit your final project, you receive a digital certificate you can share on LinkedIn and in your portfolio.
Can I learn from any country?
Absolutely. The learning materials are available online, and cohorts are designed to work across time zones with asynchronous lessons plus scheduled feedback windows.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support major debit/credit cards and widely used online payment services. If your payment fails, try a different card or contact support so we can help you complete enrollment securely.
Is there mentor feedback?
Yes. You receive structured mentor feedback on key milestones, including design rationale, usability, typography, layout, and presentation quality—focused on improvement, not just scoring.
Do I need prior experience?
No. The curriculum starts from fundamentals and builds up to advanced workflows. If you already have experience, you can move faster through early lessons and focus on portfolio-level outcomes.
How much time should I plan per week?
Most learners succeed with 5–8 hours per week. For faster progress, plan 10+ hours, especially during portfolio sprints and review cycles.
Can I pause or switch cohorts?
In many cases, yes. If life gets busy, reach out and we’ll propose options to pause, reschedule, or switch to another cohort when available.
How does support work?

Do you offer refunds?

Will my work be portfolio-ready?
That’s the goal. Projects are structured to produce real case studies with problem framing, process artifacts, and clear results—optimized for hiring managers and clients.
